Brief Summary: NCR-Norfolk is investigating Bystolic, an FDA approved drug for hypertension to determine if it offers additional blood sugar lowering effect for patients with diabetes.
Key Inclusion / Exclusion Criteria:
  • Eligible patients must have diabetes.
  • Taking two or 3 medications for their high blood pressure.
